CopanCopan Building (Neimeyer building). This building is 115 meters tall, 35-story residential building and is known for its S-shaped architecture that was designed by Oscar Niemeyer.
 
The ground floor has a small shopping center with around 70 shops & the upper floors are residential dwellings.
The construction was very modern for the time, specially for its unique shape and integration of residence with commerce that came to be a trendy a few decades later.
