Some recent shows have been, Les Miserables (2001), Beauty and the Beast (2002), Chicago (2004), The Phantom of the Opera (2004), Miss Saigon (2008), Cats (2010) Mamma Mia! (2011), Addams Family (2012).
 
This building was built in 1929 and was formely known as Teatro Paramount. It is located in the Bela Vista district in the city center.
